• Served as technical laison and  manager for four primary schools participating in a school feeding project encouraging income generation and garden and poultry management.
• Secured funding for educational projects through extensive proposal writing to donor and government agencies.
• Instructed teachers, students and community members about business management, budget and meal planning, HIV and health awareness, and subjects such as Art and English.
• Designed and implemented an Art Club, with students ultimately marketing and selling their work at a popular tourist lodge.
